Samantha Conklin

Samantha Conklin is a certified family nurse practitioner who has been providing medical care to Upper Peninsula residents since 2009.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Northern Michigan University. She is nationally certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Samantha has a special interest in patient education for the prevention, detection and early treatment of skin cancer. In addition to performing comprehensive skin cancer screening exams, Samantha evaluates and treats adults and children presenting with a wide range of dermatologic conditions including acne, rosacea, hair and nail issues, skin infections, warts, psoriasis and eczema.

Samantha believes the key to building relationships with her patients is through strong communication. She is compassionate to individual concerns and encourages patients to ask questions, know their medical needs and understand treatment plans.
